Bill Barta
Bill Barta is a research psychologist by trade, who's devoted some years to HIV prevention work and has more recently studied the healthcare disparities faced by incarcerated persons. This has kept his head busy but his heart belongs to poetry and prose. His writing examines the limits we place on ourselves and the limits that are placed on us.
